Last night in Miami during the Jordan Brand Silver Anniversary conference, newly minted hall of famer Michael Jordan was joined by current Miami Heat star Dwayne Wade to unveil the much rumored Air Jordan 2010. The sneaker will make its way to store shelves on February 13th but Flash will be the first to wear the shoe during the nationally televised Christmas day game versus the New York Knicks. November 12, 2009If you’re a late 20 something male New Yorker like myself I’m sure you’ve heard those words rapped by the late great Lamont Coleman, otherwise known as Big L. Big L for those who don’t know, was probably the dopest lyricist to ever come out of Harlem, not Jim Jones, Camron, Juelz Santana or God forbid Mase. He was unexpectedly taken from us in 1999 when he was slain outside of his apartment on 139th street. Knicks Hawked at Garden Lose 114-101
November 12, 2009Last night the Knicks decided that it may be easier to win a game if they have a lead in the first half instead of being down by double digits. Good strategy but the result was the same, their 5th straight loss. The Hawks offensive array of players were just too talented for the Knicks to keep up with, as Atlanta completely dominated the 2nd half of the game last night en route to a 114-101 victory.
