St. John's flexed its' muscles in Philly sweep
The St. John’s Red Storm improved to 5-0 on the season with a 55-48 victory over Temple Saturday night, completing a sweep of the Philly Hoops Classic. It is the first time St. John’s has started a season 5-0 since the 2002-2003 season. In addition to the confidence this weekend gave the team, the Red Storm now have two impressive out-of-conference wins to keep in the bank come tournament selection time.
The Johnnies were led by D.J. Kennedy who poured in 18 points on 6 of 10 shooting. Dwight Hardy was clutch once again, hitting two key three-pointers early in the second half, and finished with 11 points.

New Jersey scored at will in the third period
The final score read 6-1 in favor of the Devils, but the game was much closer than that.
New Jersey had a 2-1 lead midway through the third period, and thanks to two questionable interference calls, had a 5 on 3 power-play advantage. After a high stick no-call, Patrik Elias cashed in to make it 3-1, and the Devils never looked back. They proceeded to score two more, and three total in just over two minutes of play, and added a 6th for good measure with just seconds remaining.

Heidi Hamels, also known as Heidi Strobel, is a Playboy model and gained fame on CBS’s reality series,”Survivor” when she notoriously stripped naked in return for a peanut butter and banana sandwich. I actually thought Cole Hamels was a pole-smoker, but this chick is pretty hot, so props to the girliest looking pitcher in MLB.
Hot ass after the jump.

Knicks lose fourth straight
DENVER — The last two points were the hardest for Carmelo Anthony. With the game in the balance, the crowd chanting “MVP! MVP!” and Anthony’s sights set on an offensive milestone, the Nuggets forward sank a pair of free throws with 16 seconds remaining to finish off a career-high, 50-point performance and help Denver beat the New York Knicks 128-125 Friday night.
