A lot going on in the Big Apple....
The Mets are all of a sudden road warriors, the Yankees continue to dominate at home, Darrelle Revis may not be who we thought he was, and the Nets have a new coach. Oh yea, and apparently Lebron James is bigger than New York City. Yuck….
I have a lot on my mind, and it’s time to rant!

Will changes to The Garden entice free aents?
Madison Square Garden, the world’s most famous arena, will be receiving some much-needed renovations in the upcoming months. The home of the New York Knicks, Rangers, and St. John’s basketball will go through many phases of improving what is already the mecca of sports across the country. Amongst the highlighted features will be two “Sky Bridges” that will hang five stories above the playing surface. Read the rest of this entry ?

What me... worry?
What Arenas did was stupid and inconsiderate. Having a permit to carry a gun and owning guns is perfectly fine by me. However, bringing them to a facility where there is no good possible reason to have a weapon was plain moronic. He’s obviously, well hopefully has learned his lesson after serving his time.

Its stressful playing on the Knicks
Wilson Chandler was charged with a misdemeanor last night, after he was found with what police said to be a small amount of marijuana. Chandler, 23, is the starting shooting guard for the New York Knicks.
Police pulled over his 2010 Mercedes Benz during a routine traffic stop at around 11:30 last night near94th ave and 213th street. Police were prompted to search the car after smelling the aroma of ganja coming from the vehicle.
He was issued a desk appearance for the charge.

Prolly not happening..but dude does look ill in an NY Jersey
The full court press to get Lebron to New York has officially begun.
In the words of my main man Russ Bengston via Twitter, “New York City shouldn’t have to pander. To use that ever-popular NBA phrase, it is what it is. You’re welcome if you come. If not? F**k you.”

Will one come or none at all?
Truth be told, the only superstars we may have next season might be Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler. At least two players with star potential, well maybe Danilo.

D Lee takes a free throw while T-Mac and D Wade lurk in the background
Midtown traffic on a Sunday is fucking brutal. Making it to the Garden to sit courtside one row away from the Heat bench, and irritating Quentin Richardson..PRICELESS.
