The Jets and Giants are one big happy family
On Tuesday, the NFL officials voted to host the 2014 Super Bowl at the brand new Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Earlier this month, representatives from both the Jets and Giants, including Mark Sanchez and Eli Manning, presented their case to the league. After the three potential hosts presented their piece again, and after four rounds of voting, the Jets and Giants eventually beat out the Bucs and Dolphins for the right to host the biggest spectacle in American sports. Innocent til' proven otherwise...you're still my favorite Giant LT
Giant legend Lawrence Taylor was arrested this morning in upstate New York for an alleged rape WABC news is reporting. The details about the incident are currently a bit sketchy. The chief of police in Ramapo, where the incident supposedly took place has declined to confirm the report. Police did say that a news conference at 3PM today will shed light on the situation.

Hakeem Nicks will lead Big Blue back to the promise land
Yes, we are 6 months away from football however, it is being reported that the right to host the first game at the New Meadowlands, Giants Stadium, Xanadu, whatever, belongs to…..THE NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS! The Giants will host Sunday afternoon and the Jets will have Monday Night Football. Fair enough I guess.
Witnesses of the ceremonial coin toss were The Mara’s, The Johnson’s, Gov. Patterson, Giants Girl, Fireman Ed and the Miller High Life guy. LOL

Giants signed Antrel Rolle; Cardinals swooped Rhodes from Jets
The New York football Giants matched the Jets acquisition of Antonio Cromartie with the signing of Antrel Rolle to recapture the football headlines this weekend in New York. The deal with the former Arizona Cardinal safety was the first step in revamping what was one of the NFL’s worst defenses in 2009. Read the rest of this entry ?

Can't stop..won't stop...
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) – The New York
Giants used a bunch of big plays to scramble the NFC East standings Sunday.
Brandon Jacobs had the Giants‘ longest play of the season for just a few minutes, then Domenik Hixon topped it, lifting New York past Dallas 31-24.
The Giants (7-5) tightened the NFC East with their win, dropping Dallas (8-4) into a tie with Philadelphia for the lead. New York has swept Dallas this season and plays Philadelphia here next Sunday night. The Eagles have a victory over the Giants and a loss to Dallas already.

Thanks for nothing
I waited all day through 2 of the worst football games ever only to find out that the main event would turn into an all out disgrace.
This team was suppose to come out blazing, desperate to regain the swag that has eluded them in the past 6 games. Last night, we were suppose to watch “Giants football”, you know, that smash mouth running game and a stalwart defense. Read the rest of this entry ?

Denver fans aren't too happy with the 4-game losing streak
What a difference a month makes.
Everybody knows the story by now: Broncos hire a young, inexperienced coach, trade away their star quarter back, bench their star wide receiver only to kiss and make up, miraculously start the season 6-0, and now have lost four straight. At 6-4, and after relinquishing its’ division lead, the Denver Broncos are left looking for answers. What once looked like a Superbowl contender, now looks like a team destined for an 8-8 finishing record.
