Get Gilbert Arenas in a Knick Uniform

May 20, 2010

What me... worry?

What Arenas did was stupid and inconsiderate. Having a permit to carry a gun and owning guns is perfectly fine by me. However, bringing them to a facility where there is no good possible reason to have a weapon was plain moronic. He’s obviously, well hopefully has learned his lesson after serving his time.

Ain’t No such thing as Halfway Crooks

March 26, 2010

Bet Gil didn't see this coming

Suspended Washington Wizards star Gilbert Arenas was ordered Friday to spend 30 days in a halfway house for his conviction on gun charges stemming from a locker-room confrontation with a teammate.

District of Columbia Superior Court Judge Robert E. Morin also sentenced Arenas to 400 hours of community service, which cannot be conducted at basketball clinics, and a $5,000 fine.

Gilbert Arenas is a clown

January 11, 2010

“No guns in NBA arenas, events or facilities….”   I guess Arenas didn’t get the memo.

On December 24, 2009, NBA star Gilbert Arenas brought unloaded firearms into the Wizards lockeroom at the Verizon Center.  Most people know the story already, so I won’t bore you with the rest of the details.  However, I will tell you that on January 6th, NBA commissioner David Stern finally showed some balls.  Criticized as a “players commish” and basically a bitch over his tenure in charge, Stern suspended Arenas indefinitely, without pay, and said Gilbert would face a lengthy suspension with the possibility of something “worse.”

David Stern is a ‘tard

January 8, 2010

Two guns up mutha.....

This whole Gilbert Arenas situation is pissing me off.

OK. I get it. You shouldn’t bring guns into a locker room. You probably shouldn’t bring guns anywhere. I mean, if you feel you the need to bring a gun with you for protection, it’s probably a place you shouldn’t be going to in the first place. And throwing up finger pistols after being caught with four guns, and allegedly pulling one out and pointing it at one of your teammates is just straight up idiotic. Read the rest of this entry ?

No Guns

What a Shocker! Ex-Giant Shockey running his mouth again

November 19, 2009

Shockey: Lebron couldn't cut it in NFL

After reports surfaced that future Knick, err I mean NBA star Lebron James said he has aspirations to someday play in the NFL, Saints tight end Jeremy Shockey has some thoughts of his own.  “King James wouldn’t cut it in the NFL on Sundays.”  That is what the talkative ex-Giant said via his Twitter account Wednesday night. “Everyone trust me Lebron James could not play in the NFL,” he wrote on his Twitter account. “ESPN is crazy to even think he could even make a practice squad. He’s no better than a 4.9  40 time.”
