Jedi versus Quentin Richardson at the Garden

April 12, 2010

D Lee takes a free throw while T-Mac and D Wade lurk in the background

Midtown traffic on a Sunday is fucking brutal.  Making it to the Garden to sit courtside one row away from the Heat bench, and irritating Quentin Richardson..PRICELESS.

The Mirage of Free Agency 2010

Going to the Knicks??..HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

All in all the Knicks got under the cap for July 1st. Will it be enough to land a marquee player, and get this once respectable franchise out of the mud?

Time will tell and so far no good.

Time for a change

It takes a hardened personality to take on the likes of New York City. The noise, the scenery and the pressure can break even the grittiest of pipes. The Face of Change

Winning Time: A Bittersweet Trip Down Memory Lane

March 15, 2010

The MSG Demon

As I awaited the debut of Dan Klores’ 30 in 30 production, “Winning Time: Reggie Miller vs. The New York Knicks”, I didn’t know what to expect.  Was this going to be a Reggie love fest?  How were the Knicks going to be portrayed?  However, by the end of the documentary, I was thoroughly pleased.

Douglas dazzles to earn Starting PG spot

March 15, 2010

Point GAWWWDD!!

I think Toney Douglas is beginning to show his versatility as a point guard. His stat line from Saturdays win against the Mavericks, 21 points, 8 assists, and zero turnovers.  He also set the tone on the defensive end and at times made Jason Kidd finally look like Jason Old. He is also slated to start tonight when the Knicks visit the Sixers, and quite possibly may be the starter for the remainder of the season.
